RetroReflector Array (RRA) Characteristics:
Each spacecraft is fitted with a set of thirty 12.7 mm (Edmunds same as previous ANDE-RR flight hardware) diameter optical retro reflectors for SLR located along latitudinal bands at ±90º, ±52.5º and ±15º with one, six and eight retros per band respectively.
