NASA, the Smithsonian Institution, and the ILRS were pleased to host the 13th International Laser Ranging Workshop in Washington D.C. on October 07 through 11, 2002. at the Hyatt Regency Washington, D.C. on Capital Hill, located in downtown D.C. A form for entering paper and abstract information was active during the meeting registration period.
